Crystal and Pam were the most helpful ever! They were so kind and made me feel so special! Tyana was my seamstress and she was an absolute angel!
After going to five stores today looking for a prom dress with no luck and leaving each place disappointed, we decided to go to David's Bridal and check there for prom dresses. I am so glad we did because we had the best experience and customer service. Lorna was wonderful and we found the perfect dress and shoes. I wish we would have went there 5 hours prior but we know now and I will definitely let others know the great experience. Shop David's Bridal because you won't be disappointed. I was very pleased with my visit to David’s in Columbus. I used to work at the one in Montgomery. When we arrived the were very busy but still made room for my bridesmaid to try on a dress while I was in town. Rachel was A GEM!!!! I absolutely loved her and her energy. She even made time for me to show my mother in law my gown in person so it was special for her. I appreciate the service and the CSR’s at the front counter for being so kind. KEEP RACHEL AROUND!!!!!! SHE WAS INCREDIBLE!!

Yesterday was my appointment to pick my wedding dress and Sara was awesome and helpful! She was patient and worked hard to accommodate me and my family. The staff who were there were very friendly and helpful as well.
Went in for my wedding dress alterations and Deidrid was SPOT ON in helping me get everything in the right place!! She was so innovative to even add another piece to my dress, that was perfect!! Highly recommend!!
