We had the best customer service possible from Mrs.Mary. She was absolutely attentive, sweet, kind and understanding to what my daughter was looking for. She said Yes to her dress and Mrs.Mary made that all possible for her.. No problems or complaints from start to finish.

I worked with Janet at David’s Bridal yesterday and she made the entire experience amazing. I’ve had a significant weight loss being down 185lbs and I have been so hard on myself and self conscious about my body. I was getting frustrated with myself and ready to give up after trying a few dresses. She went and picked one that glided on like a dream. The moment I seen myself I cried and she cried with me and my maid of honor. It was an amazing experience and she made me feel like the most important bride in the world!

We bought my beautiful daughter’s dress and veil yesterday at the Woodlands location. Allie(sp?) was AHHMAZING!! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and walked out with my daughter’s dream dress. Even though it wasn’t what she walked in “knowing” she had to have. Thank you for making this the experience we dreamed it would be!!

They was so wonderful got my brides mates sets collected my dresses changed out different sizes and all ,anything I wanted to try. They gave ideas and listen to ideas and gave me some great advice my host was wonderful I bought me a beautiful dress. They made me feel like a queen!!!❤❤❤❤ I will be recommending to everyone
