RecommendedHad an absolutely amazing experience here!!! Purchased my wedding gown too soon- last October- and by the time I got it I had lost a bunch of weight. Turns out you can only alter dresses 2 sizes down, and online customer service told me that it was no longer within the exchange window so if I wanted my dress I would have to repurchase it on my own and try to resell the one that no longer fits. RecommendedWe loved our bridal and bridesmaid consultations with Luke M. he was intuitive and really receptive. His professionalism made this special day that much better. My sister said yes to the dress and all of her bridesmaids ended up happy too and so much of that was thanks to Luke knowing what he was doing and picking out styles that were so flattering. Ruby, Kenny and Michelle were so helpful too! Definitely recommend.

RecommendedI went in on July 31 to find a dress for my vow renewal on august 21 (I know last minute!) I was so happy when I found the my perfect dress! The dress had to be shipped to the store and it was going to arrive the week of august 9th and I was not in town that week. Emily stepped in and was able to get my dress shipped to the store the 7th, I was also able to book my alterations the 8th with Xio and all in all I will have my dress by the 19th!!
