The lady who helped us during my daughters fitting was amazing … little did we know she had just started there within the past few weeks at The Belden Village David’s Bridal in Canton Ohio .very good sense of humor !!! Had an absolutely amazing experience here!!! Purchased my wedding gown too soon- last October- and by the time I got it I had lost a bunch of weight. Turns out you can only alter dresses 2 sizes down, and online customer service told me that it was no longer within the exchange window so if I wanted my dress I would have to repurchase it on my own and try to resell the one that no longer fits. My mom had a bridal appointment with Aaliyah. She did amazing by listening to exactly what she wanted and accessorized her perfectly! Aaliyah made this experience even more special! The managers Tracy and Rebecca also checked in on us and made the checkout process smooth. Highly recommend this location!
Polite and very helpful staff
We loved our bridal and bridesmaid consultations with Luke M. he was intuitive and really receptive. His professionalism made this special day that much better. My sister said yes to the dress and all of her bridesmaids ended up happy too and so much of that was thanks to Luke knowing what he was doing and picking out styles that were so flattering. Ruby, Kenny and Michelle were so helpful too! Definitely recommend.
The employees there were very helpful when we needed them. And the prices were amazing
