Fantastic service and knowledge. Miss Robyn took time to find the perfect dress for me to wear at my step sons up coming wedding. I have some physical issues and just gave her some ideas of what I wanted, in about 10 minutes I was in the most gorgeous dress like it was made just for me. Shoes to match and a few other items and I left one very happy customer. Thank you so much. Go to the Slidell store to be treated like a queen.
Crystal Morgan was fantastic. The only complaint I had was no reflection of her or her service because she was phenomenal. The AC was not working properly and they didn’t provide water to me or my wedding party. It was HOT and very uncomfortable trying on heavy dresses and such. But ultimately Crystal did locate me a small bottle of water near the middle Of my session and I did say yes to the dress but I feel a cold beverage and functioning AC should be at the top of the guest services list.... overall great experience with... read more
I went with my future daughter in law and her mom. Juana was the bridal consultant for us and she was AMAZING! Juana was so calming and helpful. She was so professional, yet personable at the same time! I would highly recommend Juana for all your bridal needs.

Great choices in dresses. Didn't like that I could visibly see some stains on dresses or minor damage. EXAMPLE: Makeup from other customers on dresses. Service was great, and experience was great!
