They were very nice, professional and friendly. We arrived early for our appointment and they started right away. The consultant was very good asking questions and listening to what my future daughter in law liked. Walked out with a dress ordered! Was a great experience.

They were all very helpful and so nice! My stylist, Iris, helped me pick the perfect dress for my senior prom and gave me great tips and tricks for my hair style and shoe/accessory options! �� best dress shopping experience by far

I made an appointment at the Pinole store on a Saturday, and Amy was great! She gave me free reign to try on whatever dresses I wanted, and worked with me on absolutely everything. She was extremely helpful and made my first (and hopefully only) experience at a bridal shop really fun! I will definitely be going back for my bridesmaids’ dresses.
