I’m not quite sure what happened at my visit for my bridal dress. When we walked in the lady at the desk was on the phone and could not help me and we had to stand there until another lady came to ask for my name. Then we were told that our helper was a little late and we could go ahead and pick out some dresses that we liked, but in doing so our lady showed up and said not to do that and to go sit down. We had such a great experience with Nicole Chalk as our consultant! She was a delight to work with! Nicole quickly caught my daughter's vision and provided several dresses to try. She put together such a nice collection that it was very hard for my daughter to chose. My daughter finally chose a dress and Nicole brought her a bell and said something to my daughter that must have touched her heart because it made her tear up. We were so impressed with you Nicole! Wonderful experience Shannon took the time to listen to what I wanted only took two dresses & she found MY dress!!!! She even battled thru my 5 children from ages 10 to 5 months she did an amazing job I would recommend anyone here!! Plus did I mention I walked in on a Saturday & they worked me in....I had an amazing experience.
Deb and Wendy made me feel like a movie star � found a great dress in an hour.
I went for my alteration appt and Sonya was amazing!! She made me feel so welcome. She made my dress look amazing. Love love Sonya!
