We had Nicole helping us with the bridemaid's dresses and Emily Joy with the bridal gown and both were amazing. I would have given 5 stars but I called last week, the day after my appointment to ask a question about the dress I wanted and am still waiting for a return call! That was the only negative I had about the Knoxville store and I hope I get a call soon so I don't lose my dream dress!! :(
RecommendedHolly helped me at the 1960 location. I ended up going with a dress completely different than what I thought I wanted & she even found a matching veil & headband to go with the colors. She brought up bridesmaid dresses while I had mine on so I could see the colors together. The process took very little time compared to other dress places I have been to. Holly was great and knew exactly what I was looking for-I would recommend! My only issue is once I received the dress there was a clasp missing.
I bought my wedding dress here and it was an awesome experience. From walking in to final fitting-it was a warm and welcoming environment. The employees were excited, kind and helpful and my dress stylist knew and understood my wants and needs in a dress almost before I did! The alterations department as a whole was amazing as well, great work, and so friendly. If I need more absolute formal wear I will go back here. I reccommend this David’s bridal to all of my friends. Thanks David’s Bridal!
The amazing staff in alterations did a wonderful job on my daughter’s prom dress. I want to send a special thanks to Nicole, Janis, and Joan. She looked amazing.
The few times I have been here too get dresses, accessories, and shoes it was so much fun.. Everyone is so helpful and kind..Kady is one of the cutest and sweetest , I'm so thankful we were able to have her both times.. She is perfect for this job.. Always a smile on her face and does whatever you want.. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience

I have to say..... when I came in today I was so incredibly nervous. Having had gained weight, my mother not being there with me as she has passed away, and just feeling scared in general, I never knew what to expect. Jenna was so incredibly helpful, funny, she made me feel comfortable . The manager of the store was incredible as well. Just an overall great and fun experience.
