I can’t rave about my experience enough! I went in with basically no idea of what I wanted in my wedding dress... and the staff was beyond amazing! Beyoncé was incredible, she took my incoherent ideas about what I did and didn’t like and found the absolute perfect dress! 😍 and she was wonderful with my two kiddos! It was honestly the best experience I could have hoped for!!

I am 6 months pregnant currently and my wedding is about seven weeks away. So needless to say I was SCARED, but Michelle made me VERY comfortable and my alterations went with EASE!! I've had a bad experience in the past but this time was a good experience. Right away my consultant came and found me asked me what i liked had me pick out a few and then she really got a feel for what looked good on me. The wedding dress i bought the consultant actually picked out. She was very friendly and helpful and was going to pick out dresses she thought would look good on me. I wish i could remember her name.

Thank god for Keicia! I Had ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding on August 4 2018 but when it arrived it was not the right size. I called up the customer service line at David’s bridal to get the correct size but was told that I could not get the dress in prior to August 8! I was willing to pay for expedited shipping but the customer service rep actually had the audacity to tell me that I was out of luck and that I should ask the bride to change her mind about the bridesmaids dress she wanted us all to wear! I had my final fitting today. Tatiana, who did my alterations, did a fabulous job. My gown was perfection. My service was excellent. I am now ready for our big day. Thank you, David's Bridal. I had my fitting today and It was fantastic. I have had exceptional service and great experiences from choosing my dress as well as my bridesmaids. Everything has been fantastic. My friend and I were visiting from Iowa and on a whim, decided to stop at David's to look at dresses. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, but then we met Kelly S. She went above and beyond for me to help me find the absolute perfect dress. I had no intentions of purchasing a dress, especially in Wisconsin because we live in Iowa, but Kelly made all the difference.
