Even though they didn't have my size and dress style in store, the service was excellent. I was able to try on another dress by the same manufacturer, almost the exact same style to judge the fit. The ladies were extremely willing to assist.

I’m not sure why they always insist on you having an appointment when places with more expensive gowns let you try on if they’re pretty slow or on your own if you want. I walked in and scheduled an appointment for 30 min later then almost an hour later someone finally came to help me. I will say that Drea was awesome though. She was super sweet and essy to talk to.
