I brought my disabled daughter into David’s Bridal in Wilmington for a fitting for a bridesmaid’s dress. My daughter can be quite difficult to handle. The lady who waited on us, Sarah, was patient, kind, and professional. She offered us excellent service and many options for dresses. The managers also helped by scheduling us immediately with the lady who does alterations, who also interacted very positively with my daughter. David's Bridal has taken care of me throughout the process of purchasing my dress, as well as alterations! We had to return a piece we purchased with my wedding dress because we realized we actually did not need it at alterations, so we were given store credit. When I came back to pick up my dress from alterations, I used the store credit to purchase my shoes, but when I went to use the card, it didn't have the amount on it that was refunded to me originally.
