My daughter found and bought her wedding dress, and her bridal party"s, at David's. Our bridal consultant, Alex, could not have been sweeter or more helpful; she made back to back appointments a joy. The only disappointment was that the dresses my daughter had liked online were not in stock at the salon; however, she did find a gown that exceeded expectations. A lovely experience!

They are improving on bettering their customer service which I like. Out of all the times that I've been at the store, my final appointment was the best. I have purchased my dress elsewhere, I went in today for some accessories and other items. I had a great consultant and the manager of the NYC location is awesome.

They were all amazing! Toyna was amazing. She was very wonderful to work with. Her energy was there. She helped me find the accessories to the dress! I highly recommend coming to this David bridal and seeing Toyna.
Today I visited Davids Bridal with my future daughter in law who had purchased her wedding gown in September, now I was shopping for my gown. I was very impressed with the sales associates Toni and Anita. Toni was very helpful a few days before and gave me the nicest compliment before I left the store, and made me feel special!
