Consultants here are wonderful, encouraging, and super helpful! However, there is a woman in the alterations department that is very harsh. She crushed my heart about one dress, and did the same to my mother when she tried on a dress at a different appointment. That being said, I'm very satisfied with my dress, accessories, and the bridesmaid dresses we purchased.

Nicole Anderus was the one who helped me find my perfect dress! She made the experience fun and doesn't pressure you into anything. If you are going to get a dress from here you definitely need to ask for her!

We had a great experience at the Sawmill location. Lindsey was an awesome added support to our bridal assistant. Our daughter found a dress that made her feel beautiful and I found a perfect dress for the wedding day too. The facility had plenty of room and dresses to choose from. Easy location to get to from Springfield.
