The bride to be and myself walked into this David's Bridal shop and the entire staff was phenomenal. We had been to a couple other bridal shops and were treated rudely there. While we were walking around we were asked if we needed any assistance by not one or two people, but three different people. First let me say This was only supposed to be a practice fitting. Words cannot explain our experience it was beyond amazing.from the moment we walked in everyone there made us feel comfortable and welcome (we had a toddler and 9 year old with us) and VALERIE had so much patience and knowledge of the dresses and styles it was unbelievable!! 7 dresses and then came the last ONE ! SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS!! THANK YOU VALERIE AND TEAM IT MEANT THE WORLD TO US �����

I had the best experience. Customer service was awesome!!!!! I had help right away. Lydia was the best at helping me with dresses. I will be going back this sunday. She was very sweet and knew what I wanted. I didnt feel rushed or uncomfortable. I had a great time picking out wedding dresses. This place had the best customer service!!

Just simple awesome service every time. My first visit I was served by Folashade Williams. She took the time to take my mesures and listen to what I was looking into a wedding gown, all while respecting my budget. She also served me for my second dress (the first dress was fine, but I got pregnant! they took back the unaltered dress and gave me a store credit) The seamstress who is doing alteration is very personable and skilled. I would recommend David's Bridal to anyone!
