I had a great experience. Everyone was polite and respectful. They asked for questions about what I liked about each dress that I tried on, and took what I liked to apply it to the next dress that was pulled.
My experience at David's Bridal Wolfcreek was absolutely fabulous! My husband & had planned to just go to the courthouse to wed but accepted a gracious offer for a small ceremony almost a week before the date. It started out not so good when I called to make an appointment, I was put on hold for almost half an hour. But I made an appointment and just went there today. I had Emily and she was great. She showed me the showroom and dresses that were in my price range. We picked out a few and while she was setting up my room I found 2 more. She then came and took my mom and I back to the room. I had the BEST customer service ever on my visit yesterday! I had to exchange some shoes but they didn't have the sizes I needed. They gladly ordered them. Everyone was extremely kind! Sylvia you are da bomb! Your customer service was A1!! Thanks to the supervisor on shift last night and the young lady who assisted me with trying on a dress. Again, great experience!!!
Very happy with our experience. We were shopping for a grade 12 grad dress. We had been to other places, prices were ridicuolous for a dress she was going to wear for one evening. David's was the last place on our list of bridal shops. Kid was having a bit of a panic attack that we were not going to find anything and time was running out. Amazing Service! Shanaz is a fantastic manager! The most comforting, understanding person. I could feel how much she genuinely wanted to make this right. Mahnaz alterations specialist!!
