I was there for an alterations appointment. Shelia was professional, informative, and patient with my and my sister's through the whole process. She offered advice without being pushy and was so incredibly patient! I was very happy she was there during my appointment .

I have 11 bridesmaids yes 11 and all but one are 19 and under!! I went in Sunday at 3:30 for my appointment with Shantel at the Springfield, PA location. Thinking this will be the first of many visits with this group! I had 8 of the 11 with me but they were the toughest of the group!! Shantel asked me what do I want privately.
