I had two fittings at the Easton location. The first fitting went well, no real complaints. The consultant that was assigned was fine, but didn't really click well with me. Showed me lots of dresses but did show me a few that were above my price range. The second fitting I was assigned to Teri. My two friends and I were there on a Tuesday evening. Stephanie was an amazing stylist. She was sweet and professional. However I did not give this business a full 5 stars because the last time I was there the stylist I had told me she wanted be to lose 4 dress sizes. I gave her no indication that I was uncomfortable about my weight. That was very inappropriate and unprofessional of her to give her opinion about what size she thinks I should be. And she was bigger than me!
On April 13, less than one week before my best friend's wedding... we show up with no appointment about 7 PM one night.... My friend had decided she wanted to wear a wedding dress at the last minute!! We were in a panic to find something that night... we were matched up with Laverne.. She took control and calmed our anxiety, and we found the perfect dress for my friend!!! Went in today without an appointment. After about 15 minutes of walking around and looking at dresses, one of the customer service girls (who should be a consultant because she was AWESOME) came to help me out. I didn't make an appointment for my dress finding, I walked in hoping to find "the One" with my sister and mother. I was given the most helpful and lovely consultant named Zatcha, she was very professional and very kind. I found my wedding dress after searching for months in different stores,and not all places are the most customer friendly. I felt really great after my experience at Davids bridal.
