As a plus size bride I has low expectations on how my experience was going to be. I had her horror stories about not being able to try anything on and being treated rudely. My experience was AWESOME!!!! If you have the pleasure of working with RUBA you are in for a treat! She is wonderful! She made me feel comfortable and most importantly BEAUTIFUL! David's RUBA is a rockstar �

I found "the dress" 6 months before my wedding. It was exchanged for the same dress 4 times due to needing different sizes and issues in alterations. Finally after many tears I gave up and chose a completely different dress 6 days before the wedding and I'm so thankful I did! It was perfect. The manager and alterations department were very helpful. The only negative was for bridesmaids dresses I specifically asked to see dresses that were on sale but none were pulled. It was great! I went up on a Friday and my appointment was Saturday, we had Robert on Friday and I recommend him 100%! He was great picked out a lot of beautiful dresses I would have never thought of wearing! On Saturday we had Sarah, she was amazing, helped me pick out my prom dress!

I was really given the time I needed to find my dress! I never felt like I was rushed or needed to lose some extra weight! She did great pulling things that look great on me!! She also made sure I had my space durning the process of choosing! She was helpful and was fine with my baby being there... unlike other places in my area I went to. I found the dress! The caliber of dresss were much better the what I had back at home!
