I walked in with an appointment and was greeted with great staffing and wonderful people. We had one minor hiccup but it was fixed very quickly and it was all in all a very nice experience.
I recently went here to look for my wedding dress and I was a little hesitant because I am a shopper that prefers to be left alone until I'm ready to buy. However I knew this would require a helper. My attendant was Hannah and she was very kind and professional. I could see that she was confident at what she was doing and I completely trusted her with helping me find what I wanted. This was my first experience with this. And i was impressed with everything about this place, i couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else. Everyone was helpful and attentive to my daughters needs, helped us with all kinds of choices and even helped us take the dress home the same day. I would recommend this place to everyone.
The bride (My Sister) was able to find her dress just 4 dresses away from trying them.

I honestly believed it would be a frustrating episode looking for the right dress but as soon as I walked through those doors Jennifer the hostess greeted me and made it possible for me to be seen right then and there without an appointment and directed me to my awesome consultant Kristan.
