The reason I give then 4 stars insted 5 is because I received a good customer assistant ( Im the mom of the groom) but the person who worked with my daugther in law ( The bride ) was cold and not friendly at all! For the rest I can say that I have a good experience in this Davids Bridal
Fantastic experience at Davids Bridal Scarborough ! My MOH and I were thrilled at the dressing room that was chosen for us! Our Bridal Consultant, KRISTINA PAVODA, lacked nothing ! She was more helpful than I could have imagined. Kristina was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to send my friends directly to her ♥ The dresses she picked out all encompassed elements of what I was searching for . My experience wasn't all I expected it to be. I specifically made my appointment during the week to avoid busy traffic - which it was not busy at all, but what do you know of all consultants in the store mine was working with one other bride. My consultant seemed distracted, probably due to her other appointment... She asked about dresses, I pulled up my favorite list that I came prepared with and of course a few I was interested in she voiced they didn't have. I recently went to David's bridal in Danbury CT and let me tell you it was absolutely worth the drive. From the moment I met Karin she was absolutely fabulous, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly personable. I'll be the first to admit I'm not always one to write reviews but seriously Karin deserves all the praise in the world. I have never had good experiences from Davids bridal and neither have any of my friends, so we do not typically go there. We went in this store on a whim and could not be happier ! Victoria Williams was amazing ! She was down to earth and fun ! The wedding process is a crazy one and she did a wonderful job making me and the people with me feel comfortable. I ended up leaving with two beautiful veils and a waist band. Thank you Victoria ! We will be back :)
