Great store and staff! We didn't have an appointment but they took us right in. Diane was amazing! She was so helpful and made the experience great! Will highly recommend this store to everyone.
I went in the store because I had just came out of Trader Joe's next door and bought some wine :) My son, my mom and I went in to David's Bridal because we saw a sale sign. I was definitely not thinking I was going to find the dress that day, but Margo was so awesome and sweet. She took everything I liked into consideration and found me the most perfect and amazing dress. Margo even let my son pick out a dress for me to try on, even though that wasn't the one. I went to try on dresses today for my wedding next year... (want to be sure I have plenty of time to find the right dress)... It was just me and my 4 month old daughter (my family/bridesmaids don't live in the area, so will be doing a lot of this on my own) and I was very anxious and hesitant about trying on dresses. Despite a terrible accident, the crew at David's Bridal helped make everything perfect. The alterations manager, in particular, came in on her day off to help, altered my dress in only an hour, and made me feel like a princess again. Their compassion and talent is astounding! I highly recommend them!
While looking for a "Mother of the Groom" dress.. We were introduced to our Shopping and fitting assistant. Nicole.. She was awesome.. we found about 10 dresses that were "ME" and set about trying them on.. 5 of these dresses were beautiful.. so we narrowed it down.. and Nicole was excellent with helping to find , shoes, clutch and necklace and earrings to match.. beautiful dress, excellent service. they made you feel like the princess while you were trying the dresses on.. offered great sound advice for styles, co... read more
Today the first time I ever put on a wedding gown and it was a great experience! Noemi Cabrera was a great help, very friendly, and caring!
