I have always had the most wonderful experiences at David's Bridal. First when I bought my wedding dress and again as I needed to get a dress as a bridesmaid. The employees are outstanding and go so much out of their way to help you. They are friendly and knowledgeable plus ready to joke with you if shopping gets a little intense! The management is Superb! I had 2 good experiences at David's Bridal recently- once to buy my mother of the bride dress & then later while working with alterations- think her name was Sherrie and she was great!
I went to David's today, as I had bought a pair of shoes for my wedding. I had unfortunately ruined my shoes before the big day - and was beside myself. Louise, the manager was fantastic - they were able to help me out, and were so kind. I couldn't be happier!
I walked in without an appointment on a weekend during the prom rush completely expecting to have to come back with an appointment at a later date. I was immediately greeted by smiling faces who scheduled me a bridal appointment for later that same day. My consultant was a very kind young lady named Charity. She made my experience at David's fun and listened carefully to how I felt about each dress I tried on. I had so much fun I was dancing at one point! I love the people there and how welcoming they are!
We had a better experience the second time we went to David's Bridal in Wilmington, Delaware. Take a tip from me, don't go on the weekend. We went on a Monday with the bridesmaids. I had the styles written down from the Internet site that we wanted to see. This made it easier for our attendant. Do you homework before going, and it will be a pleasurable experience for you. Internet website is faster than the store as far as ordering. Overall, good experience.
