At first my sales lady was attentive but as the appointment went on she disappeared, she was not very helpful. She was over booked and we had no help with our bridesmaid dresses. Luckly my bridesmaids were with me to go find dresses. Then when she did come to help I had told her I had a budget. She brought me a dress that I fell in love with only to find out it was way over my budget. I did find a wedding dress and my bridesmaids dress but with no help.

This was our 2nd David's Bridal store we visited during the brides dress journey. I have to say that the 2 gals we had helping us were great, attentive and fun unlike the 1st store we visited! And most importantly she said Yes to a dress!! ����

Agnes was extremely welcoming and professional right from the start! She was so knowledgeable and it was clear that she enjoyed what she does, helping women say "yes to the dress" of their dreams not to mention have a blast doing it! I had the very best woman help me today! I made an appointment online and did have to wait almost 45 after that appointment before being helped but it was worth it!!

I had such an amazing experience there today! I don't remember the lady's name who helped me find my dream dress but she was an amazing help and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very sweet. The staff there was awesome! I appreciated every ones help!

I had an AMAZING experience at the David's Bridal in Tonawanda,NY!! Our consultant Danielle was such a GREAT person!! She definitely made my first time dress shopping a wonderful experience!
