Overall my experience was good! My consultant was Connie, she was very nice and helped me pick just the right dress. She was honest about what looked good and what didn't. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, but I did end up finding my dress! I took off a star because the manager was very rude to my mother and mother in law when we first got there. We were told to go look and pick out some dresses for the fitting while our consultant got ready. They pulled a dress from the rack and got yelled at for it. No one had said ... read more
I had a wonderful experience today at David's Bridal, everyone was so nice and my consultant was caring and took interest in what we were looking for, made my mom and grandma feel included in my appointment and I was very pleased with the service.
Let me tell you about Lesley Hughes, Assistant Manager. Leslee actually loves what she's does. She listens to your concerns and requests and does everything to help you feel beautiful on your wedding day. My gown is perfect for a Las Vegas wedding and so are my veil and bridal shoes. Thank you, Leslee. You really, really care.
I had an awesome experience tonight at the deptford store. I was shopping for a gown for my sisters wedding which is yes a week away. The assistant was pleasant n very patience n totally helpful. She made this last minute experience flawless. I highly recommend this location. ���
Best experience we have had shopping for prom dresses. My daughter and I started her shopping at David's. We were greeted at the door with a friendly hello and we had what I would call a "personal attendant" the whole time we were there. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. (We have not had great service with prom shops in the past.) We did not buy a dress there YET, however it didn't matter. Me and my sisters experience was fantastic because of our wonderful consultant Jennifer! She was amazing and helped us with everything we needed and more.
I had my appointment with a consultant named Mandy and she was extremely helpful. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she pulled multiple different styles/colors to my liking. Although I didn't end up getting a dress, she was extremely helpful and overall I had a great experience!
