First time tring on wedding dresses. I luckily had janessa I believe that's how you spell her name. I told her what I was looking for and what I didn't want. She pin pointed my dream dress in no time! She was patient , very nice and she was such a big help. Thank you Janessa!!

I had an appointment at the Johnson City location Friday, January 27th. I was prom dress shopping and was very pleased with the selection of dresses, however, didn't know what would look good on my body considering my shape and light skin tone. I was assisted by Sarah and can honestly say that I have never received better service in my entire life. Everything went great.... Until the end! My sales lady bailed on me � I was left in standing there in a dress � Anither sales associate had to help me out of the dress. We waited for her to return but she did not! When we left they asked if I wanted to make a return apt.... Um NO! I called and spoke with the manager, and informed her what happened. She was very polite and answered all my questions. But I won't be back
I went in today with my sisters and mom and I had the best experience ever. A woman named Baylee helped me out and she was such a doll! I just want to say thank you so much Baylee and Davids Bridal for making my wedding day even more special! ���
