I had a late minute wedding dress emergency! With only 5 days before my wedding I called Davids Bridal to see if they could accommodate me on such short notice, as well as an hour an a half after closing! the manager Jackie, was quick about getting back to me on if she could or not! With the help of Jackie and Joan I was now stress free. The girl were so pleasant and I had a great experience. I had a FANTASTIC experience with David's Bridal in OKC. My consultant, Cynthia, was very helpful! We called her in a crisis about the mother of the bride dress that we needed altered, and she saved the day! She went above and beyond to help us get ready for the wedding. I would highly recommend this store! :)
Had a problem with a gown ordered in one of the area stores. Decided to call the Orange CT store to help rectify the problem. The store manager was so polite, professional and very helpful. What could have been a disaster was averted. Patrice not only helped to fix the problem with the gown but corrected the bill. I would highly recommend shopping in the Orange, CT store where the entire staff was helpful and very friendly.
