My review is mixed due to the difference in how the appointment started and how it ended.Kathy was helpful and encouraging to start out with, but she didn't seem to be knowledgeable compared to some of the other stylists. She wouldn't bring me the dresses I'd asked for, and wouldn't tell me why she wasn't doing so. My mother, grandmother, and sister accompanied me. I like know what we need to do to get final payment on your new store Horizon Retail unresponsive
I have had a horrible experience with them from ordering what I thought was a dress made for me that ended up being a sample dress from another store that came covered in makeup to getting a completely different dress only to find out they altered it poorly. I spent 2 hours at the one in Easton yesterday while they "fixed" my dress. I'm so upset and am disappointed that I will now be walking down the aisle on my big day in a botched dress that I don't feel beautiful in.
My experience was a catch 22. The only time you recieved deacent customer service is of there was a problem. My first time there I was a walk-in. The associate looked terrified and went with everything I said. She didn't offer any opinions or options or suggestions for that matter and I picked out a destination dress. Just bought a dress this past weekend. Went in about a week previous, very low maintenance, found a dress on the rack that fit nearly perfect - I just didn't want to spend the $. In and out in about 30 minutes. Went back a week later to simply buy it - short timeline, tired of looking. MaryAnn was assigned to me both ventures. Mindy helped my second visit. I had the absolute worst experience at this location. I'm not sure who is doing the alterations- but for $100, the seam work looked like a 6 year old had worked on my dress. Highly disappointed and I will be complaining on all social media. This is sad
I am really not happy right now. When my daughter tried on her dress it was beautiful and she was absolutely glowing. But when she got her dress there was this weird crease in it that we were told would be taken care of at pressing and alterations. She has just had those done and the crease is even worse, now she is being told there is nothing that can be done.
