We stopped in to purchase baptism dresses for our 2 and 4 year old daughters, since we could not find any in their sizes anywhere else.....get ready for it.......We DIDNT have an APPOINTMENT!!!! � from the minute we walked in to the time I purchased the dresses EVERY single consultant was extremely rude!!!! I don't get it they literally had to do nothing to help us and they made money.
I am extremely irritated with Davids Bridal at the independence location. The customer service provides zero help or solutions. My friend is the bride and to her misfortune a bridesmaid dropped out of her wedding. Well as a stand in I am a size 0 the other bridesmaid was a size 16. So you can clearly see the issue. Well Davids bridal never informed the bride of the terms and conditions. If the would of informed her instead of her ordering through them so could of ordered online making it possible for her to return the dress.... read more
They are Super rude and could careless about their customers. I went for an appointment yesterday and felt so uncomfortable �! I will be going to the novi store tomorrow and I'm hoping it goes so much better. The lady I had was very good for nothing not helpful at all!!!
From Brock the designer, Mehgan looking up and getting another store to send a dress to Paul managing this place is a HOME RUN! I have 3 weddings in the next year and found 2 here in one day! In the near future will be shopping here for the 3rd!!
I can not belive that they were going to send me home in the sample dress that everyone and their mother has tried on until one lady noticed makeup down the side and dirty stained trail in back of dress. .oh were gonna order you a brand new one. Well DUH I JUST PAID 700 BUCKS ON A 2200 DOLLAR DRESS .....I WANT NEW!!!!!
If you want the bridal experience don't go here. All they care about is getting your money. My mom was in the dressing room with me helping me into the gowns and she wasn't enjoying it all. Tried leaving and the manager and consultant nearly cornered me trying to convince me that I should leave 25% down on a dress I hated!!!!! And the consultant had 4 other brides!!!!!!! Me and my friend rachel went to David's bridal for her to find a wedding dress. We had an appointment at noon and did not see a consultant until 12:20. The consultant finally came to us and made us leave Rachel while she picked out dresses for her. Around 12:45 they finally brought 3 dresses back and had rachel put one on (which she didn't like) while the consultant walked off. Multiple consultants came to us for the next 20 to 30 minutes telling us that our consultant would be there shortly while rachel stood in the dress. ... read more
