Davids Bridal, First I came to purchase my dress from you guys, the lady that was helping wouldn't even allow me to try on the dress I wanted, she went as far as to hang it back on the rack. My Mother had to go find my dress for me to try it on. When she saw I wasn't paying good money for a dress she decided that I no longer needed her help. Horrible service not got a correct date when my dress would arrive, then once it did I had to call to find out never received an email till almost a week later, when picking it up they put me in a room by myself to try my dress on I had no help zipping it up or anything had to do it all on my own, tried it on packed it up and walked out the door never got a thank you or anything! My family & myself will never recommend davids bridal to anyone!
We went shopping for bridesmaid dresses at David's and had an underwhelming time. The lady seemed annoyed to be working with us which was sad because we were all ready to have a great time! The selection of dresses was great, but one of our girls fell in love with a dress that they didn't have in our color. It would have been nice to have some direction on which dresses not to try on - especially since she knew the color ahead of time!
I love Davids Bridal! They are usually my go-to for finding something formal. Today when I went in, I was a little nervous about having my 2 young boys with me, but I didn't have a choice. I'm *so* thankful I had them with me, because there was no way I would have been able to try dresses on without them. I realize, I made my appointment last minute and my helper had a bride to work with (I totally understand this), but I probably tried on 20+ dresses before she checked on me even once. Customer service is everything. Felt unimportant with little to no help from staff.
I wasn't sure what to put my stars at after today's experience at davids bridal. I purchased my dress here a year ago and Wendy helped me pick my dream dress...it had everything I wanted. Fast forward a couple of months. I took my dress in to get alterations done. Today I went back and try on my dress and thank God my mom was there to actually speak up about the flaws that were created on my dress after alterations. Lady helping me refused to talk about budget or even tell me the prices of the dresses. I love the dress i walked out with but it was 4x what I wanted to spend and i was pressured into financing. When i couldn't be financed under my name they wanted me to call my Fiance and use his information. My mother in law ended up paying for my dress and im making payments to pay her back. Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. This was about my girl and the chick helping us went to another bride. Had fun but still wouldn't intent on giving them my money.... since I paid $1400 for my dress and they gave it to me in a plastic bag a year early!
Horrible place to shop! I am very disappointed in the way they handle clients. I went into this store to purchase a wedding dress and went in this store to purchase a maid of honor dress and the customer service and selection were very awful.I first called them to see if they can assist me and gotten hung up on, and didn't get a call back. The managers, Jo-Ann and Harmony were completely rude. I would try and speak and they would act so rude. Very very disappointed.
