My dress is a soft white color and my sash came in bright white - mind you, David's Bridal customer service helped me order both after my appointment to find my dress. So, either the sash was ordered in the wrong color or the dress was ordered in the wrong color. I called to see what my options were because I cannot have a florescent white sash against a soft white dress. The customer service rep on the phone said they will not let me exchange my sash because it has been "over 30 days" and gave me no other options but to buy... read more
Even with an appointment at the Ft Myers location, still had to wait at front desk. Then, as I was trying on MOB dresses, I had to wait on my stylist to be zipped up, get different sizes. She was doing too many other things. Left and went to another place nearby and got the one on one attention I deserve. Thought this might be an isolated incident, but same thing happened to my daughter when she was trying on wedding dresses in Tennessee.
We had the worst experience ever. The consultant was never there always off somewhere else, with other clients and we had made an appointment. She was rude and it seem we were bothering her. We bought a dress that day but not at David's Bridal worst service ever, luckily we had a great experience at Domique Levesques!
When I went to get my wedding dress they were great. After that was bought we set up an appointment for my bridesmaids to get their dress. Who ever set up that appointment did not give us enough time for a lot of the dresses to be ordered so our selection was cut way down. Hopefully we will have enough time for alterations. This upset me so much. We had months ahead of time to come in but the lady that scheduled the appointment said it would be plenty of time. Its not! You get what you pay for. You can't argue the prices at David's Bridal, however the service leaves much to be desired. I have now gone to two separate DB stores (Manchester & Orange) and have had the same disappointing experience. The consultants seem less than interested in trying to help find anything that isn't a wedding dress. On both occasions I was shopping for bridesmaid dresses with a bridal party and both times felt as if the consultant was counting the minutes til her next bridal appointment. I was there yesterday and was a bad experience. I went in and had to pick my own dresses and after my salesperson Diane came. Helped get dresses. Wore to much perfume helped me with dress and got paged up front then comes back to tell me she has to help a girl she sold a dress too.
