The staff isn't the most tactful when it comes to the way they speak to their clientele period although I found my dress I felt little help or courtesy was given to me. Whatever happened to the customer's always right
I bought 4 dresses for myself my 2 daughters and my granddaughter who is the flower girl in my sons wedding. It is a formal wedding so long dresses. My younger daughter's dress has a issue with the zipper which we pointed out at the time she was getting it altered. The lady said no problem we can iron it out or fix it. She went to pick up the dress and the zipper is sticking out at her butt. They could not fix it and suggested that she use double sided tape to try and keep the zipper end down. I liked that the prices were low. This is both our second weddings. I am 54. I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of appropriate gowns, since I am not a 25-year-old first time bride. My consultant Felicia was very good because I knew exactly what I wanted. She listened carefully and came back with five or six dresses that fit the bill. This is my now 2nd time writing a bad review on this place. I brought my dress in for alterations about a month ago, I went in today to pick my dress up, after waiting for 20 minutes (she helped someone else first who DIDNT have an appointment) my dress was too big around my chest and it kept falling down and exposing my bra, when I brought that up to the lady helping me she said they could put snaps on the bra and inside of the dress so my bra wouldn't show, after she pinned it I was looking at it and didn't like it because... read more
I should have listened to all of the bad reviews I read about this place. I was super excited to take my bridesmaids dress shopping here but it turned out to be a horrible experience! The consultant did not pay any attention to our group. The girls didn't know their sizes and picked dresses that didn't work for them. Super dirty place and very unprofessional workers. My girls and I left feeling unimportant and discouraged.
Horrible service today!!! Took our buisness elsewhere.
As a expecting mom I waited closer to my wedding to shop. I found a beautiful dress and was worried it wouldn't fit in time for my big day. So I didnt buy it. The lady pushed me to sign up for a credit card I knew I wasn't going to get approve for and told me I should buy the dress because my stomach wasn't going to get any bigger (which it has!! )&they wouldn't have the dress if I came back.
