I worked with a VERY NICE manager while shopping for bridesmaid dresses and my wedding gown. All were fitted in store for sizes and measurements. We got all the dresses in and we picked them up. Great, right?! Nope. My daughters dress was WAY too small. So I called the store the SAME DAY, and they wouldn't let me bring it back!! My problem, sure. Dresses stopped being sold after they were ordered
I'm beyond frustrated!!! I bought a dress in there a few weeks ago and was waiting to purchase the ball slip gown and the corset til I had the funds. I called the store (6-7-17) so that I knew what size and style we decided on when I bought the dress and the lady told me that she's sorry but they didn't write that down!!!! Really??? She said I could come back in and do it again, really?!?! My time this last few weeks is very precious and it doesn't involve doing this all again! Horrible customer service. Not sure why an appointment is necessary when you're neglected the entire time anyway. Very unfriendly. Won't be getting our business!
Service was terrible. Would rather go to goodwill first to find a dress before dealing with those people again.
We had a 4:30 appointment for my daughter. We arrived right on time and it was over an hour before we saw our consultant. She was nice but very new to the job . It took another hour to try on TWO dresses. It was a Saturday, a very busy time I realize, but.... Saturday comes around once a week, it would be fairly easy to schedule extra workers or even suggest another time for some brides. How many times are you going to say "I'm terribly sorry" to all your customers who leave 1-star reviews?... then continuously still receive bad reviews? The last time I checked (and this is how I was brought up) when you say "I'm sorry" to someone, you mean it and you make sure it never happens again.
