We had an appointment at 11 consultant was double booked. In the two hours that we were there she was with us for maybe a total of 15 minutes. She pulled three dresses and that was it. We were left to find other dresses ourselves. We were left to find other sizes ourselves. The bride was not treated special or like it was a special day. This has been the absolute worst experience in my entire life of having to get dresses. You pick your dress up and when you try it on the zipper gets stuck either with or without someone in it. 3 trips later when you live an hour away to hear that it should have been ordered in a bigger size. First of all it fit!!! Your damn zipper was all that was getting stuck on it and what a way to make someone with low self esteem already feel even worse about themselves, especially when losing weight since. Well lets just say that they need to make their policies very clear when you are purchasing a dress from there. Who in their right minds would even sell an off the wall wedding dress to someone after it was tried on,sweat on and possibly have makeup on the inside? Very rude to customers too! Sorry but I will NEVER EVER step foot into their business nor will I ever purchase a dress from them! They even acted like putting a dress onto Layaway was a crime.....SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!
I got my wedding dress there months ago and the girl that helped me was nothing short of amazing and made my experience exactly what I thought it would be and more. However I recently went back about a week ago for Bridesmaid dresses and the girl that was assigned to my party was so beyond rude and personally seemed like she did not want to be bothered. Never really have had an issue except when I was looking a second dress and the lady was more involved with someone else vs myself when I took time to schedule appt. She had to be told twice that she had a 630 appt (myself) for second dress. Another picked up her slacked so I wouldn't feel neglected lol.
I found my dress and size here and it was last minute. reg.479. 00 i paid 99.00!
My sister in law and I went in yesterday to pick up our niece's dress. First could not find it through thier IPads..my sil provided receipt...still could not find asked twice to spell her last name. Finally dress found and we gave them the garment bag and dress was placed inside and zipped up.
