Better than I could have imagined. Clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Polite staff, and super talented stylists. Laura asked the right questions, really listened to my wants, made appropriate suggestions, was patient and really intuitive and BOOM! It's good if you want to try on dresses and get an idea to see what you like or what looks good. Even though you have an appt that doesn't matter. Be prepared to be on your own. I refuse to buy anything from this place. Awful experience everytime I go.
Poor service, unprofessional, over booked/crowded and horribly dirty restrooms. Would never recommend David's Bridal.

When i went for my wedding dress the lady i had was amazing!!!! With her knowledge of dresses and what would look good on my body and found a dress i never would have picked to even try on turned out to be my dress!! She was beyond 5 star!! However having to buy a bag to put the dress in was like are you kidding me after what you pay for a dress the store really should provide that! And i bought the preservation box, undergarment, and jacket along with my dress so that little extra charge for the dress bag was just like real... read more
I think it's rediculous that you wanted to charge me and extra $15 to have my dress steamed! I ordered it at the store, came in to pick it up and it's completely wrinkled. Why would you send me home with a wrinkled dress? Why charge us when it's your fault? Makes no sense..
Assestent didnt care or even try to find dresses in my taste. Had to repeat myself and show picture of what i liked multiple times. Heard her complaining to her manager about not making a sale because we couldnt find a dress we liked. Maybe if she took me and my family seriously the experience could have been better. Will never come back.
