Consistently rude and unorganized staff. Seriously. My future MIL stopped in to look at dresses for her and commented when we left how snooty it was. Which is exactly the impression I got when I went with a bridesmaid to look for dresses. The staff treat you like you're a boring inconvenience. I've worked many years in retail and am floored by the lack of basic manners.
Had an appointment for a Wed afternoon, waited 15 min for sales rep. When she did finally greet us, she was no help at all! My MOH & I did all the work-including clip each other in dresses while Katie the sales rep attended to at least 3 other customers. She admits Wed was not a busy day yet she couldn't be bothered with us! Literally ran out of that store-won't ever be back! Save yourself the heartache & check out @ImpressionBridal down the road! A hidden gem!!!!
Terrible place!! They sell the brides sample dresses that are worn and torn AFTER making it sound like the bride will be getting a new dress. The consultant that was suppose to be helping my friend was helping 4 other girls and was no where to be found the entire appointment. She told my friend to go pick out the dresses herself. As if we know where specific wedding dresses are located in that huge store. Very bad customer service and I will definitely be contacting corporate!
So I have been to David's bridal three or four times in the past few months not only for my wedding but for my best friends wedding as well. Everytime including the day I found my wedding dress which is suppose to be one of the best moments was awful. No one seemed to know what to say when questions where asked and customer service was horrible. This is clearly not "Say Yes to the Dress"! My son's fiancee had an appointment for 10:30 am when the store opens. As I understand it, private appointments are supposed to be 90 minutes. About an hour into the appointment, the woman assigned to her was here & there helping other people. Most frustrating though is that there are no seats for those with the bride! There was a shelf that we thought was a bench but were told not to sit there. Are moms and grandmoms supposed to stand throughout a 90-minute appointment??
