Do yourself a favor and get your alterations done somewhere else. Their alterations department is terrible, always running extremely behind and overbooked. The first time I dropped off my dress and came back a month later they never made a single alteration. I felt very rushed every time I came and I always seemed to get something like "yea yea we'll fix it, don't worry" Unfortunately the list goes on but save yourself the headache and if you do buy your dress here get the alterations done elsewhere.

Awful experience both times!! First Time: My dress is stunning (and no thanks to the bridal consultant). First, my consultant had another client at the same time of my appointment and I would try on my dress, then she would disappear for 20 minutes. Thankfully my sister-in-law changed my dresses for me and zipped me up when I couldn't do it myself. I found my dress and I didn't ring the bell or anything. You should have your management at this store review policies and procedures. As an ex employee of this store with history in management I am disgusted at how you currently treat your customers. In the grey zone guidelines if the customer does not have their merchandise physically in the inventory YOU MUST refund 100% to the customer if they change their mind or have an issue with their purchase. They told us we couldn't bring champagne yet a family had it last week. Plus we were told they didn't have water. Then another associate brought all 11vofbus ice cold water. I think they a little racist

Lets just say... waited 30 minutes after appointment time for someone to help me with Bridesmaids dresses, I pulled almost all the gowns myself with the exception of like 2. Found a dress I fell in love with that was recently placed on clearance and was told to not even bother with it bc there would be no way they could get 8 dresses in the wine color, I even said I could mix and match colors and asked the person helping me TWICE to look and she didn't. God daughter had a appt yesterday 3:30....basically had to assist ourselves for about 35 min before I requested a mgr. Mid day on a Saturday, there should always be enough staff available this time of day...not sure what the deal was. We had to start our on rooms, no dresses pulled (per consultant), not very knowledgeable of styles and different materials. I had a late appt. On this past Thursday evening. While my lady was very nice she barely spent any time helping me. My maid of honor had to help me try on all the dresses because my lady kept helping other brides. She finally showed back up to help me off with my last dress i tried on....6 dresses later
