My first two experiences here were horrible. However after the general manager Cara contacted me I must say I am very satisfied with how our conversation went. Ladies if you have a bad experience here talk to the general manager before making a final decision. I definitely had a bad taste in my mouth about the Clive location, however Cara made it much better.
Kind of weird experience. Took my daughter's bridal party, grandmothers & future inlaws to pick the wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses. The consultant was ok but tried to sell us the floor sample??? There were no chairs for anyone to sit in (something about exceeding fire code)?? The bridesmaids consultant was completely disinterested. The bridal consultant told us we needed to go ahead and order so she could get off early?? Had tons of problems and some of the rudest employees I've ever met!!
My daughter was in the Ottawa store looking for a prom dress. She was asked three times where she went to school. She had also mentioned that she had been to other stores in search of a dress. Every store we have been to has asked about the school and assured us that the dress would not be available to other girls from the same school. We had no reason to believe that this would be any different. We purchased the dress on November 18 and we were told that this was final sale. I had the worst experience ever. They made me feel like Julia Roberts on rodeo dr and they made feel like I was not welcomed. I walked into the store just needing a veil. When I greet the receptionist with a smile she doesn't look up n barks out if I registered. I tell her no I just need a veil. She rolled her eyes n huffed n puffed at me. She waived her hand n said the veils are in that corner. And that was it.
