It was everything a bridal shopping experience shouldn't be. �
We had a poor experience. What should have been a happy occasion ended in tears as the staff was very inept and lacking in what is needed to run a great store. Would not recommend this Eau Claire store.
Dress was scheduled to arrive 10 days before wedding, naturally I was concerned. The manager called today to say they have expedited will arrive 4 weeks prior. Thanks Danika.
I had an appointment to look for a wedding dress at 3:00. When I arrived, they had no one available to help me because I didn't "confirm" my appointment (I actually did and showed the manager my confirmation email and reminder email). The manager dismissed it altogether. Needless to say, no one helped me nor did I receive the special "attention " I was promised. No suggestions, nothing. I did find my dress from Davids Bridal online and purchased it. Hoping it fits because I'm not too confident from getting help from the stor... read more
The workers are very helpful. The disappointment was they did not have the dress they were advertising.
The absolute worst customer service ever!! The first day I called to make a payment on my layaway and was on hold for 20mins and 33seconds before someone got back on the phone to ask if I can call them back later because they have an extremely long line at the register. I said no and that I would come in to make my payment a different day. I again tried to call to make a payment over the phone today and was on hold for 13mins and 42seconds before I hung up and called back and then was told that they are extremely busy and h... read more

Thea, the sales rep that took care of me was so helpful, knowledgable, and patient...me and my sister came in an hr before they closed to get an emergency wedding gown for me since my first dress wasnt arriving on time, on a really tight budget,2 weeks from the wedding,and with a hard to convince sister and thea went out of her way to find me the dress...although management wasnt pleased that i was there so late thea waa the best. Thank u for makin my day special thea!!
