I get the vibe here that you either get amazing service, or none at all. Unfortunately in my case, I received none at all. My sister lives away so asked me if I could stop by to look at some headpieces she saw online for herself her bridal party (which includes me). I walked in and was asked by a girl behind a desk my reason for the visit, and to "sign in" (?). AWFUL! Absolutely terrible! We received terrible service when looking at bridesmaid dresses with the bridal party, the sales lady was unfriendly, not knowledgable about their dresses, kept getting the color wrong when ordering. Once I picked up my dress I realized it was wrong. We didn't even try that dress on that day. I called the store to figure out what happened and was hung up on the first time and the second time the lady was rude and cold. Wrote my bust measurements as 26 when my bust is 33 wrote my waist 25 when its 26. Totally messed up my dress have to pay for a complete new one cause the davids bridal representatives dont even know how to measure correctly. Will never be back at davids bridal here or any other location.
Did not have the service or attention we were expecting. Very disappointed.
My best friend and I made an appointment for me to try on wedding gowns while they had the $99 sale. My appointment was at 10:45. We arrived at 10:15 . I also drove from South Carolina mind you. We waited ten minutes for the host to even greet us and take my name . She then said it would be a few minutes before my attendant would be with us. That was almost 10:45 by this time. This place is an absolute joke. I went in for a bridal appointment a few months ago. I was assigned to Renata. She did not help me into any of the dresses that I tried on. In fact, after the 2nd dress, she disappeared. We were standing there looking for her and she was over assisting another bridal party. How rude! The assistant manager ended up helping us and he was very pleasant. I come back to make the final payment on my dress and it hadn't been cleaned or steamed. I'm very disgusted with how David's Bridal in East Syracuse has handled my Daughter's wedding gown...I'm tired of hearing that they are short-staffed in the alterations department...it's not my problem..especially, since my Daughter's gown has been there since April 9th and was suppose to have picked it up on May 6th...then, it went to May 13th...about 2 hours before we were getting ready to leave to go and pick it up and my dress as well...I receive a call saying they weren't ready and could we come in next week...then as t... read more
