Not enough sales people, none of the dresses online they have in store, and the dresses they do have there are limited styles per colour like 4 to 5
The absolute worst customer service I have ever received! Hopefully other locations are not like this, I would not recommend anyone to go there. All 4 or 5 staff members I encountered were unwilling to even try to be helpful. The only pleasant person I talked to was the women greeting us at the door.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from David's online and it was just too short. I went into the store to try a different style and although I liked the style, the length was still shorter than what I am comfortable wearing. I was told that if I ordered the long version of the same dress, we could get it hemmed to right below knee length (before I paid for the dress). I went in for my alteration appointment just an hour ago and the seamstress tells me that she can't hem it any shorter than ankle length because they are not allowe... read more
This place really made me ill. No matter what I told her that I wanted the consultant could NOT deliver. She brought me everything except what I was looking for and everything looked like trash bags they she gave me. I didn't even use all of my time there. I had an hour and 30 minutes try on dresses. I think I used maybe close to an hour.
My fiance purchased a dress and when she drove an hour and half back to have it altered they stated that the dress he purchased could not be altered. They promised to have a new dress shipped that would work for her. The day before the seconded scheduled alteration appointment she called to confirm and they never shipped the dress as they promised and refused to overnight it in time for the appointment. Bad way to run a business. Way to ruin her experience David's Bridal of Duluth.....
I only gave this location a 1 because 0 wasn't an option! I actually gave this location two chances. The first time I went in with one of my bridesmaids to find a bridesmaid dress. Our consultant was eating food, laughing and goofing off with some other consultants while I helped my bridesmaid in and out of all the dresses. The consultant basically ignored us. My grandparents spent almost $900 on our wedding dress and the service has been horrible. The first lady we had was hardly around. She was helping another stylist with another bride while I was trying on wedding dresses. We constantly had to go find her. Then they send me an email saying my dress was in and I could pick it up within 7 days. My grandma called to see if we would have it shipped.
