We had a 2 o'clock appointment to have the bridesmaids and flower girls fitted for my daughter's wedding in September. Shonna (sp) was our assistant. We didn't have the sizes for the little ones,so when the first dress didn't fit,she went to get another and was gone for about ten minutes. I know plenty of people who have bought their wedding gowns at David's Bridal and had a wonderful experience. I am not one of those people. My shopping experience itself was really a letdown, first of all. I arrived for my appointment to find that my consultant was also helping a party of bridesmaids to find their dresses. She showed me where the dresses I had "favorited" online were hanging and told me to just pick out whatever dresses I wanted to try on. Worst bridal experience ever at this store, the pensacola store and the montgomery store. Do not ever use this company! Rude, overpriced, the seamstress charged me well over normal prices to hem my wedding dress and I swear she never touched it. I was tripping over it on my wedding day and the cheap bra they sewed in was hanging out! They were rude to my bridesmaids and me. I don't see how this place is still running.
