Not crazy about the alterations department. Left 3 dresses for a month to be altered and when we returned on our scheduled date to pick them up, they were altering as we stood there waiting for them. Ends up one of the girls has to come back in two days after waiting 45 minutes to be told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Why do they take your phone number down if they arent going to use it.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! They are HORRIBLE!!! (( They are absolutely awful! They screwed up my wedding dress and shoes and now two of my girls got the wrong dresses and I have to bring the one girls dress by tomorrow to have it exchanged!!!!! ))& I live an hour.away and they charged my girls 30 additional dollars because they screwed up!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!
The woman who helped my bridesmaids was terrible. She rushed and didn't pay attention to us on an already stressful busy Saturday and turns out she ordered dresses several sizes too big. If this isn't able to be fixed we will not be coming back. I love David's bridal but this specific store has left me less than impressed.
HORRIBLE!!!! MY DAUGHTER GETS MARRIED IN 2 WEEKS AND HAS HAD TO GO IN 3 TIMES FOR ALTERATIONS!!!! WE DECIDED TO USE THEIR OWN SEAMSTESS WHAT A JOKE!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU SCREW UP A SWEETHEART NECKLINE!!! REDICULOUS!!!

My first experience was awesome at davids bridal, they were so helpful. But when I bought my dress.. it seemed everything went down hill. NEVER get alterations done there. They suck. Went in for my first fitting and the alterations girl cut her self and got blood all over my WHITE dress. And she thought it was me bleeding. Went in for my final fitting and the zipper that previously was broken wasn't fixed and was still broken when I went to try the dress on. The bustle on my dress is retarded and done very poorly. All those dresses were at David's Bridal, which btw I will not be going back to that store. Those saleswomen are TOO aggressive. One of them suggested I try to shake my grandparents down for the cash to pay for my gown. SERIOUSLY?!!! Yeah why don't I go dig up gramps and turn his pants upside down? I was so glad I had Holly with me, thought I would need to break out a flame thrower to get out the front door!
