This was my first time going to David's Bridal, and I can assure you it most definitely will be my last. My best friend is getting married in 2 weeks, and we had seen the courthouse ready dresses online. Well the woman at the front, who asked us to sign in was the ONLY person to greet us with a smile on her face. The associate that came to help us was extremely rude. by far the worst store I have been to..... about a week ago I went with my sister, she was looking for a dress that online said they had it at this davids bridal. and with a simple no we don't have it left my sister with no interest in helping her find anything else. I wanted to purchase the sleeves that I had seen online for $15 the lady in the alteration dept tells me no they are $39.99 and that $15 must be online price only. Unfortunately I can't give them a good review. The service was terrible. When I arrived I felt very rushed my consultant wasn't prepared. After describing to her what I wanted in a dress she told me right off the bat that they wouldn't have anything like what I was describing anywhere in their store. I was open to new ideas. And after trying on a few it wasn't getting any better. I brought my mom with me for my special day. And my mother didn't like any of the dresses either. Found out the hard way that they have a NO RETURN /NO EXCHANGE policy on ALL purchases not "sale" items...ALL ITEMS ...you buy it, its YOURS ! Manager on duty was very abrupt and loud but sales person who helped me was very nice. I will never make another purchase at David's Bridal though.
