Did not have a good experience here at all. The whole bridal parties dresses ripped, and all had issues after the fitting. I would never go back
The WORST customer service EVER! Had an appointment February 1st for bridesmaid dresses for a wedding I'm standing in. The ONLY phone call I get from them is on April 16th, asking if I was still interested in the dress because it had been sitting the the store for some time. Come into the store today at 3 p.m. to the dress not even being in the store. The dress was never ordered! I've had the absolute worst experience every time I went. From me the bride running around getting my bridesmaids sizes like I worked there, to them measuring all my ladies as a size 10 (even my girl who is a size 4). When we had an appt. We barely saw the lady, when I picked out my dress the lady didn't listen to what I wanted, when I picked up my dress (before alterations) no one helped me try it on.
