My mother and I had an appointment for 2pm this past Friday to looked for MOB dresses and the was confirmed the day before. We arrived and were told someone would be right with us but were then pointed into the back corner of the store to look through everything and get an idea of what the store had. I don't know how anybody could go here to look for dresses. The salon was so run down and unorganized, our consultant was anything but helpful (she was hardly around), and the bridesmaid dress selection was poor and looked cheap.
Happy another girl found her wedding dress but for me it was horrible. Everything I tried on was basically broke. Picked threw. Or didn't have my size and proms 2 weeks away.
Terrible experience!!! Manager was friendly but did nothing to correct the issue. Alterations dept was rude and acted like you were stupid when you were told one price and then made to pay a completely different and higher price, on top of pretty much calling me fat a couple of different times. I will never go back to the dyt location and recommend my friends don't either.
So, I don't really know who to complain to, so I will just do it on this page. I ordered my invitations last week and was super excited to get them!!! I ordered some from the foil section. And I don't know about you, but when I think of foil, I think of SHINY!! well, when I opened them today, I cried. ONE word on the whole invitation was gold. ONE word was actually "foil".
