I received a call this week that my dress had been in for over 30 days & I need to pick it up this week. I was never notified my dress was in. I was told when I ordered & paid for it that it would be in by June 7th & they would call. They never did. I picked it up today & walked to the back to look at shoes. Terrable! !!!.. took my bridesmaids there for dresses... way too busy.. unorganized and a complete mess.. we found dresses and ended up waiting an half hr just to check out.. get to my turn n the lady at register just walks away.. my sister asks someone at guest sign in for "help" and were told someone will be up in a moment to ring us out.. 15 minutes lata.. we left!!!.. whole trip was a disaster! Wouldnt let me post 0 stars
