I ordered my wedding dress & when I went to get the alterations, I put the dress on and was not thrilled. I recently had a baby, and I feel like my body just doesn't look the same. I didn't feel that excitement & happiness a bride should feel. Carol was amazing helping me today!!!! I was originally helped by one of the managers who I felt like she was just going through the motions...She eventually warmed up and seemed a little more like a person than an employee doing a job. Carol went over the top to guarantee I had the experience of a lifetime!! I wish she had continued to help us checking out. The staff was very professional and very, very helpful and friendly! But they need more seating available- even if they are folding chairs!!
