Alterations staff amazing!
Our stylist Mia was absolutely phenomenal. She was very attentive and met our every specific request! She made our experience fun and stress free. We order everything needed from head to toe in one session.
Excellent appointment with my daughter and future daughter in law!! Lauren and Jess were very accommodating and paid attention as to what each one of them liked and disliked in dresses. Both ended up with their dress and it was consultants pick! Thank you ladies for a great experience and making their dreams come true!!!
I have to give them 3 stars. My experience was... mixed. I bought my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, and had my alterations done at the shop. They were very flexible with me in the beginning with Bridesmaid dress shopping. My girls were located all around the world. I often had to just fly in with the size and style, but the dresses all arrived and were perfect. Kayla was great! Had called to change my appointment day and they were able to squeeze me in. Thought I knew what I wanted but Kayla definitely changed my mind, very pleased with the customer care here!
RecommendedI went to David's Bridal in Robinson for my first wedding dress shopping experience on 7/28. My consultant was Cassidy and she made the whole experience absolutely perfect. She was very sweet and really listened to what I liked/didn't like, what I wanted/ didn't want. She helped me find the dress of my dreams. I tried maybe 4 or 5 dresses and kept going back to the 2nd dress she put me in.
