Ms. Denver did my alterations, and she was awesome! I’ve had about 3 interactions with her. She was a pleasure to work with and seemed to genuinely care about each and every person she dealt with. Ms. Denver had wonderful customer service and made me feel like family.

Spartanburg was a bit weird. I didn’t have an appointment so I was given one and rushed out of the store. Upon returning they were busy. Another walk-in received help. One sales person had 3 clients while two others took off to lunch. I was left standing in a room with no mirrors several times. I was left with no dress to try on several times. I CAN NOT believe the way I was treated. The alterations department made me feel like a princess and helped me get my entire set up ready and helped me decide what looked good! I'm beyond thankful for them and so happy with how the process went! So sweet! Thank you guys!
Mary was awesome in helping find a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding! The one I loved initially wouldn’t be delivered in time but she made some phone calls and got it rushed in time for the big day! So sweet and helpful!
