I can't say enough about Chrissy at the Mansfield, Ohio store. I was shopping by myself and she helped zip me into bridesmaid dresses, took pictures on my phone to send to the bride, and gave me excellent advice. It was so nice to have her there, like I had a friend right there with me!

Rene and alisha in alterations are life savers! alisha was there the day I tried my dress on for my final fitting and IT WAS TO SMALL! she calmed me down and made me feel comfortable with the situation. Rene was there to the rescue to alter it that same day! I can't wait to wear it in 6 days and it's because of Rene making it fit like a glove :) thank you!!
My experience was amazing. The atmosphere that this location provides made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Cricket was fabulous! She was patient and helped me find my dress! She was able to balance 3 people at once very smoothly. I was very pleased and will recommend anyone to this location!
